SHIPPING POLICY

We process your order within 24-48 hours under regular preparation conditions. Orders have a delivery window of 15 to 30 business days under regular shipping conditions. In exceptional circumstances, an order may experience delays beyond the usual, and if so, it may take up to 40 business days to be delivered.

The customer is responsible for providing correct order details (name, email, and shipping address). If you receive a purchase confirmation with incomplete and/or incorrect information, you must immediately contact Support@simplyeven.com, providing your confirmed order number and the correct delivery information. If your order has been prepared and no response is received, resulting in the package being undeliverable and returned by the logistics office, the customer will incur new shipping expenses and will not be entitled to product cancellation.

The customer service department will address queries with an estimated response time of 24 to 72 hours under regular situations. Cases referred to other departments or dependent on information from the carrier will have estimated response times of 5 to 7 business days.

The transportation company’s policies are not related to our company. Once your package is received by the courier company, compliance with its requirements is essential. MINHALOJA is not responsible for omissions or failures by the delivery personnel. Any delivery term already fulfilled by the company must be discussed directly with the responsible company.

  • INSURED Priority Shipping: This rate includes the Tracking Code, and delivery is guaranteed*. It has a cost of up to $20.00.
  • In SimplyEven, we ensure that your order reaches the provided address and is insured throughout the process from dispatch to delivery. This guarantee does not cover the return of the package to the sender if the address cannot be located, is incorrect, and/or the recipient is unknown at the provided address. Any unforeseen circumstances affecting package delivery due to customer error or omission are not covered by this delivery guarantee.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process your order within 24-48 hours. Upon purchase, we receive the contact information you provide, including email and phone number. If any of them are entered incorrectly or incompletely, you may not receive our purchase confirmation. If you have checked your spam or junk folder, provided correct information, and still have not received the confirmation, feel free to contact us at Support@simplyeven.com.

MODIFICATIONS

The purchase process involves more than 3 instances of product and purchase data confirmation. After verification, there should be no errors. In the event of a mistake in color/size or model, please inform us as soon as possible for changes while the order is still in preparation at Support@simplyeven.com. (Modifications cannot be guaranteed after 12 hours from purchase).

CANCELLATIONS

Verification of all information on our website and purchasing therein confirms our terms, prices, and features. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel your purchase once completed.

CUSTOMS

Simplyeven is not responsible under any circumstances for customs taxes, fees, or tariffs applied to the shipment. We ship from the U.S., China, and other international countries, so delivery times may depend on each country’s customs. For any information or issues regarding shipping and delivery, contact us at Support@simplyeven.com. Customs processing times are not related to our store’s delivery times; hence, any delay by this entity does not qualify as a reason for return or order cancellation.
